Session Description: For many, an After-Action Report / Improvement Plan for a multi-month event or incident is unprecedented. While the COVID-19 response will align with many organizations' performance and improvement frameworks, the pandemic itself does not fit neatly into an exercise AAR/IP that we have all become so accustomed to. During this webinar, Will Moorhead will walk participants through a "how-to" outline to assist organizations with capturing appropriate information as the COVID-19 response continues and recovery activities begin.

Presenter Biography: Will Moorhead is President of All Clear Emergency Management Group. He has 23 years of experience in the fire service and is currently active with the Golden Fire Department in Golden, CO. In addition, he has served in the emergency management field both as a first responder and in state and local government capacities, including positions as Legal Analyst for South Carolina Emergency Management Division and Director of Public Health Preparedness for South Carolina Division of Health and Environmental Control Region 2. He currently serves as an Adjunct Instructor for Emergency Management and Emergency Services graduate and undergraduate programs. Will is an outdoors enthusiast and spends much of time working on Jeeps. He received a B.A. from Furman University and J.D. from Mercer University.
