PortaCount Request Process
VHEPC has 3 coalition-funded PortaCount machines that can be distributed to coalition members for the purposes of supplementing coalition members’ existing fit testing capabilities.
The overall request process has 4 main steps:
Coalition member submits a request form and agrees to terms and conditions
Request form processed; Coalition member notified of next steps
Check in machine to facility: Coalition member completes agency to agency transfer of PortaCount machine
Check out machine from facility: Coalition Member completes agency to agency transfer to next Coalition member
