PERFORMS FY 2021/ BP3 HPP Cooperative Agreement End of Year (EOY) Reporting Module

The FY 2021/ BP 3 Cooperative Agreement module opened on 8/2/2022, in PERFORMS and will close on 9/30/2022. Trainings on the EOY reporting module are tentatively scheduled for Thursday, August 18, 2:00 - 4:00PM ET and Thursday, September 15, 1:00 - 3:00 PM ET. A calendar invite for both sessions will be sent out next week. In the meantime, please reference the attached HPP FY 2021 EOY Performance Module Training Guidance for instructions.
